Maybe I´ll change his face to red. This is the first sketch for a tengu demon concept for my upcoming Snowwhite and the 7 samurai comicbook.

The tengu are birdlike demons/humans with bird heads/red nosed demons from the japanese folklore.

Inspired by the budhist monks dress code.
